Appearance: Amelia is a witch, who, while stopped aging at about twenty, has the misfortune of looking like she’s actually about twelve. She’s short and small, with a round face, wide orange-ish eyes, and long lilac hair. Amelia wears a dark blue tank top, and similarly colored shorts, with white knee socks and dark brown boots. The only “witchy” piece of clothing she has is a dark blue witch’s hat, which she is rather fond of, despite its age and patchiness.
Fighting Style: Amelia is all about getting the hell away. She has poisons designed to harm, and eventually kill, her victims, so that whoever is attacking her finds removing the poison a more pressing task than chasing her down. She delivers this poison through biting, mostly, so don’t get close, okay? Amelia is also very good at camouflage, and can be nearly invisible when standing perfectly still. So, she bites you, then as soon as you look away, hides.
Abilities: Soul Protect: Amelia hides her witch’s soul wavelength, appearing to be a normal human.
Transformation: Amelia transforms into a small bearded dragon, approximately 10 inches in length.
Infecting Bite: Amelia’s teeth exude poison, and as soon as she breaks the skin of her victim, the victim is poisoned. Excruciating pain started approximately twenty seconds after infection, and death happens in another 24 hours. The poison can be removed like any other normal poison. This cannot be used with Soul Protect on.
Shifting Skin: When using this technique, Amelia’s skin shifts, turning the same color and texture of whatever she is standing in front of. This only is effective camouflage when Amelia is standing still, so she doesn’t generally activate this when attacking.

Special Notes: Her chant is “Eki, eki, ryuu, tokage.”

Weaknesses: frail, almost no powerful offensive moves, is almost useless at physical combat
